So our album is finally done. We're super excited about that. Here are some details about it. We began recording on March 11th, 2009. The first song we recorded was Cradle Baby and the last song was recorded on March 27th, 2009, which was Render Unto Caesar. All the songs were recorded live @ 1616, and we used minimal overdubs. I'm currently sitting on Chris Ploss' futon couch/bed, watching him make the final touches on the Fluxus album. We're calling it Cargoes of Empire. It sounds really good. Sometimes I don't think it's us actually performing it. We recorded it in March of 2008, we started on the 11th (a day before my birthday) and finished on the 27th.
